About the project:
In Löwenströmska Park, Savana works with the detailed plan. The goal is to create 200 000 m2 of building rights, both residential and business premises.
The area is very well suited for residents, thanks to the scenic surroundings with large open spaces, the park environment, the several hundred-year old park, and the shore of Lake Fysingen.
The area has its own bus stop and communication opportunities to Stockholm, Uppsala and Arlanda are good thanks to the proximity of the E4.
