Långholmsgatan 17-21 & Borgargatan 14-18: 12 penthouses with a total area of 1 030 m2


In the housing association Bulten 23 at Hornstull, Stockholm, Savana is building new apartments on the roof of the existing buildings, which are in direct connection with Hornstull shopping centre and the underground station. Right next to the property is St Eriksplan Square with its underground station and a wide range of shops and services. Round the corner is the restaurant area of Rörstrandgatan Street and Vasaparken. The apartments will begin to be sold in the spring of 2015 and tenants should move in at the end of 2015.

Vintertullstorget: More than 90 apartments in the area south of Folkungagatan on Södermalm


Next to Vintertullstorget the end of Katarina Bangata in Stockholm is the property Gurkan 1, which was originally built as a car showroom. Savana has begun work on the detailed development plan in order to convert the majority of the commercial areas of housing, and to create additional building rights, to build more than 90 apartments. The total project volume is estimated at 7 600 sqm.

The area is very well suited for housing. Nearby is Nytorget and SoFo with a rich selection of restaurants. The property, a degree of Vitabergsparken, large and small Blecktornsfabriken Park and Winter Customs Park. Promenade North Hammarbyhamnen is only one block away.

 

Tången 4: 2,000 m2 apartments in Hornstull


Property Tången 4 of Södermalm working Savana with zoning in order to create about 2 000 sqm building rights for about 30 homes on the property's large courtyard. Nearby is Långholmen, Högalidsparken, Hornstulls beach and new Hornstulls Galleria with a wide range of restaurants and shopping.

Communications are good, thanks to Hornstull metro station and several bus lines.

Brandbergen: 400-500 apartments in the centre.


In direct connection with Brandbergen Centre, Savana is working on a detailed plan for 400-500 apartments in four buildings.

The communications are good, with for instance a direct bus service to Stockholm City centre. Because of the closeness of the centre there is very good local services with a health centre, library, school, grocery stores etc. What is more, Brandbergen School, a municipal compulsory school, is near the centre.

The apartments should begin to be built in 2016 and tenants should move in in 2017/2018.

 

 

Väsby Centre: 60-70 rental apartments


In the Fyrklövern neighbourhood near Väsby Centre Savana has signed an 0ption with the aim of reaching a land allocation agreement to build housing. Savana’s land allocation agreement covers approx. 5 000 m2  gross area, or approx. 60-70 apartments. In Väsby Centre there is also a wide range of shops and local services. In the vicinity of Fyrklövern there are schools and a commuter train station at Upplands-Väsby.

The work on the detail plan will start in the autumn of 2014. Building should start on the apartments in 2015 and tenants should move in in 2016.

Löwenströmska Parken, Upplands Väsby


At Löwenströmska Parken Savana is working on a detail plan. The aim is to create 100 000 to 120 000 m2 of building rights, of which the majority will be housing. The area is very well suited to housing, thanks to the beautiful natural surroundings with great open spaces, the several hundred-year old park environment and the shore line of Lake Fysingen.

The area has its own bus stop and communications to Stockholm, Uppsala and Arlanda are good thanks to the closeness of the E4 motorway.

Brandholmen, Nyköping: 180-200 rented apartments


At Brandholmen, Nyköping Savana owns the properties Koggen 1, 2 and 3. Here 180-200 new rented apartments of approx. 15 000 m2 gross area are planned.

Brandholmen is right by the water, 2.5 kms east of central Nyköping. The area is a first class location for housing and is being developed. The apartments will be separated from the water line by green areas. In the vicinity is a small boat harbour, Rosvalla Eventcenter and a food store. A number of schools will be built in the vicinity in the years to come.
