Brandbergen: 400-500 apartments in the centre.

In close proximity to the Brandbergen Center, Savana works with the 400-500 residential plan in four buildings.

Next to and at Brandbergen Centrum, the detailed plan has been amended for the development of the whole neighborhood with both new housing and additional commercial premises.

The new design has been developed with White Arkitekter AB. The location of the new homes will be very nice with proximity to service, trade, communications and nature. In addition, Brandbergsskolan, a municipal primary school, is located next to the center. The communications are good, including through a direct bus route to Stockholm City.

In the exploitation, the adjacent center also develops.

 

 

Väsby Centre: 60-70 rental apartments

In the neighborhood of Fyrklövern adjacent to the town of Väsby, Savana has signed an option agreement with regard to a landmark for building housing. Savana's landmark refers to approximately 5,000 square meters of gross area, or about 60-70 apartments.

The Fyrklövern quarter in Upplands-Väsby has developed a detailed plan for development of the entire neighborhood with both new housing and commercial premises.

A larger number of construction companies are active, as well as Savana via land survey. For Savana, the new design has been developed together with Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter AB. The location of the new homes will be very pleasant with proximity to service, trade, communications and nature. Near Fyrklövern lies the schools and the commuter train station Upplands-Väsby.

In Löwenströmska Park, Savana works with the detailed plan. The goal is to create 140,000 - 180,000 m2 of building rights, both residential and business premises.

The area is very well suited for residents, thanks to the scenic surroundings with large open spaces, the park environment, the several hundred-year old park, and the shore of Lake Fysingen.

The area has its own bus stop and communication opportunities to Stockholm, Uppsala and Arlanda are good thanks to the proximity of the E4.

Södertälje Södra is a priority area in the overview plan and the combination of track-bound public transport and seawall is unbeatable.

The new detailed plan relates to a city development project, which transforms industrial land into close-proximity housing and high city quality as trade, culture, restaurants, green spaces and water with walkways along the Igelstaviken.

The commuter train is a few minutes walk and the communication opportunities south, north and west are good thanks to the proximity to both the E4 and E20.
