In the neighborhood of Fyrklövern adjacent to the town of Väsby, Savana has signed an option agreement with regard to a landmark for building housing. Savana's landmark refers to approximately 5,000 square meters of gross area, or about 60-70 apartments.

The Fyrklövern quarter in Upplands-Väsby has developed a detailed plan for development of the entire neighborhood with both new housing and commercial premises.

A larger number of construction companies are active, as well as Savana via land survey. For Savana, the new design has been developed together with Andreas Martin-Löf Arkitekter AB. The location of the new homes will be very pleasant with proximity to service, trade, communications and nature. Near Fyrklövern lies the schools and the commuter train station Upplands-Väsby.
